Glow In The Dark Permanent Vinyl needs to be charged in light before glowing in the dark. True light (sunlight) charges the best, although regular home lights will also charge this vinyl without issue.

For indoor use for 5+ years. Not recommended for outdoor use.

For best results:
Ensure blade is clean & sharp. Clean surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying vinyl. Best used on smooth, even surfaces. Allow 48 hours after application before wetting/washing item.

For use with all vinyl cutters, including Cricut, Silhouette, Siser Juliette, Vevor, Rolands etc. Use the normal vinyl setting. Use with Standard Tack Transfer Film.
