Shipping Information: Knight HTV uses Australia Post as our shipping service provider for Australia wide shipping. Customers are welcome to organise private couriers, simply choose the Local Pickup option at the checkout, and choose a day/time for your courier to collect on your behalf. You will need to send the courier label through to us, with the expected pickup day & time.
If you do not have a secure place for parcels to be left by the Australia Post delivery drivers, we highly recommend & encourage getting a Free Parcel Locker with Australia Post, as we cannot be responsible for missing parcel after they have been delivered.
Orders are processed within 24 -48 hours and dispatched the next working day wherever possible. If there is a delay with your order, you will be contacted via the email address provided within this time, or via the phone number if the matter is urgent.
Shipping Costs:
We use Flat Rate shipping to keep things simple for us and you. Quite often, the actual shipping costs are significantly higher than our flat rate shipping. As a courtesy, we will put up to $30 toward shipping, however anything more than that will need to be covered by the customer. We have no control whatsoever over the postage prices. For example, if your order required 3 Extra Large postage boxes, we will pay the second box delivery, but not the third.
Delivery times as per Australia Post website:
Parcel Post to Western Australia: 2-5 days (I’ve seen them arrive the next day also from time to time!)
Parcel Post to other states: 3-6 days
Express- Since Covid-19, Australia Post has not reinstated overnight delivery, expect 2-5 days for delivery, especially if not in a major city.
Refund Policy:

We are unable to offer refunds for Change of Mind or User Error. We are confident you will be satisfied with the high quality of our products, however, if your purchase is faulty, we are happy to refund you in full within 30 days of purchase. If you believe a product is faulty or you are just having difficulties getting it to work, please Contact Us via the form on this website, via our Facebook page, or via text to Lana 0498238402. We are well experienced in all of our products so can definitely give the best advice on them. If, after troubleshooting with us, you choose to return the item for testing, please use the original packaging and Return To Sender. We cannot give a refund if a product is damaged due to being poorly repackaged for sending back to us, so please package well if the original packaging has been lost/disposed of. If the product is, in fact, found to be faulty, the shipping cost incurred in returning the product will be refunded to you, as well as the full product cost – so please keep your postage receipt to claim that cost from us!
