Your Custom Sublimation Print Transfers can be printed with one large design, or several smaller designs on a single sheet. 

Your Custom Sublimation Print Transfer will be printed onto 120gsm high release sublimation paper using Knight HTV’s high quality ink.

A4 – $4.95 – Make your sheet size 29cmx 20cm

IMPORTANT – Your image will be printed THE SIZE WE RECIEVE IT!

For example – If you choose A3, and the image is only 5cm, you will get a 5cm image on an A3 sheet!

This is done in software such as Silhouette Studio, Canva, Photoshop, Abobe Illustrator, Corel Draw etc. 

When you order Custom Sublimation Print Transfers, you will need to upload your PRINT READY design to us using the File Upload button. Make sure you have your imaged sized correctly, we do not edit your images in any way. They are printed as we receive them, EXCEPT if it needs to be mirrored (if it has writing and obviously needs to be mirrored) we will mirror the image.

What you need to know:
*We cannot print Disney or any other Copyrighted material, no matter where you purchased your file from, unless you have signed authorisation from the Copyright Holder.
*Sublimation prints will only work well on items that are either high polyester or have a poly coating (“sublimation blanks”).
*Knight HTV cannot ‘fix’ blurry files, or change spellings etc. We will contact you if there is an obvious issue with your design.
*When you receive your prints, they will be MIRRORED. They will also look faded and dull. *Don’t freak out!* The colours come out during the transfer process!
*You can have as many designs as you like on your sheet (‘ganged’). These need to be edited and correctly sized to one sheet in your file. You can do this in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Silhouette Studio etc. Save as JPEG on your sized sheet.
*Designs are best in JPEG format. (PNG is fine, although will often open with a BLACK background – we print it as it comes, we cannot change background colours)
*If you order other items with your prints, your order *may* be delayed if the printer queue is full. If the delay will be more than 48hours, we will contact you.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For shirts, we recommend 185-200°C for 40-60 seconds. Use a heat press with Firm to Heavy pressure. For all other substrates, please refer to the manufacturer’s recommendation for times and temperatures. Irons and ‘Easy Press’ style presses are unlikely to give the best results, heat presses are very much recommended for sublimation.

Always cover the full transfer with craft paper, baking paper or butcher paper to prevent ink from transferring to your equipment or other garments. We do NOT recommend using a reusable cover sheet (Teflon) because the ink may leach, which leaves a permanent stain which may ruin subsequent transfers, so something you can throw away after use is best.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Areas of the design that are WHITE will NOT PRINT. There is no such thing as white sublimation ink. The white areas will show the white paper and when pressed, the shirt/item colour will show in these areas.

**Sublimation transfers will only work with items with a high polyester count or sublimation coating, and are light in colour. (The ink colour must be darker than the item colour for it to show.) We recommend fabrics have at least 70% or more polyester content for optimal results.

**Knight HTV is not responsible for printing errors from grammatical errors, blurry images from low-quality files, or any other errors resulting because of the provided file.

**By using this service, you agree that by providing a file that you have the authorisation to use it, and you understand that any design that may remotely resemble a copyright/trademarked image will require a signed authorisation form for us proceed. We will email this form to you. This is to ensure Knight HTV is NOT responsible for the design we have printed for you. (Copyright Law is very strict!) Even images purchased from Etsy etc are often totally illegal for us (and every other printing place in Australia) to print, even for your personal use.

**Transfers will either be shipped flat or carefully rolled as required if purchased with other items. Once received, we recommend storing under something flat and heavy like books for a few hours to flatten them again.
