This item is wrapped separately in environmentally friendly bubble-wrap and packaged with utmost care.
If you do receive this item broken, please take photos of the packaging, and the item. Send them to us. We will attempt to deal with Australia Post on your behalf, however there are times Australia Post will ONLY speak with the receiver. In those cases, you will need to present the item at the Local Post Office for ‘investigation’. We will absolutely support you through this process. In purchasing this product, you agree to take the product to a Local Post Office if it arrives broken, if required. As soon as the ‘investigation’ is complete (usually same day), we will send out a replacement item, or refund if out of stock (these do sell out fast when we get them in!)
