Proflex PU – Matte Silver

Description

ProFlex  is a high-quality PU heat transfer vinyl that has very high durability and is highly versatile. This eco-friendly range offers the boldest of colour tones, despite feeling so soft and thin once applied, and is quickly becoming a favourite among the local professional printing community.

ProFlex has a non-sticky in-built transfer film, meaning weeding errors can occur more frequently than with sticky-backed HTV. Please ensure test cuts are performed to ensure weeding is a breeze like it is meant to be! If you do happen to weed a piece off accidentally, simply use some clear kids stick glue & stick it back on. The glue will set hard once pressed, and will flick of with a fingernail scratch over it, leaving no evidence of the weeding error.

The non-sticky transfer film allows for weeded designs to easily stack on top of each other to save space in your work area. Also, if your design is slightly crooked or misaligned, you can just slide it into place, without having to risk a sticky backing causing the shirt to move out of alignment. (Both sticky & non-sticky types have pros and cons in this area!) Non-Sticky is ideal for sports wear names & numbers.

ProFlex can be used on sublimated items (printed team sports shirts etc). Follow the heat settings and press time to avoid the sublimation ink leaching to the ProFlex.  (150C, 10-15seconds)

Please note that ProFlex  is a WARM PEEL HTV – please wait approximately 10 seconds after pressing to peel the transfer film from the HTV design.

*The Matte Gold ProFlex PU has a sticky heat transfer film, which can be peeled hot or warm.

Please Note: If purchasing multiple metres of one colour, the length will be a FULL 2, 3, 4 metres etc, not cut separately, unless there is a limited stock/unforeseeable circumstances.

The benefit to having full rolls is to reduce wastage for customers through having fewer off-cuts, and also it makes it easier when using wide format cutters. If you would prefer the meters cut to each metre (if sharing an order with a friend to save on postage, for example) then please write this in the “Note” section at the checkout
