Available in more than 50 vibrant colours, KnightFlex is a versatile polyurethane (PU) heat transfer vinyl suitable for both hobby crafters and commercial garment decorators. Its thin, flexible construction allows it to move with the fabric while maintaining excellent opacity and colour coverage.

KnightFlex is available in both 12-inch (305mm) width for craft cutters and 24-inch (610mm) width for commercial plotters, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes.

Application Instructions (Home Iron)

• Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
• Cover design with baking paper or a non-stick cover sheet
• Place garment on a flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
• Press iron with medium to firm pressure (do not slide the iron)
• Press each section of the design for 15 seconds
• Peel carrier warm

Application Instructions (Heat Press)

• Preheat garment for 2–3 seconds
• Apply design at 150°C (305°F)
• Use medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds
• Peel carrier warm

Care Instructions

• Wait at least 24 hours before washing
• Wash garments inside out where possible
• Avoid harsh detergents and bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
