For the absolute best results, use Pressing Pillows in a commercial press to achieve an even pressure when pressing, being sure to keep the seams away from the pressing area.

Sizing –
We offer the following convenient sizes of our KnightFlex Easy To Cut And Weed HTV for all uses and purposes:

• 12×8 inch – this is approximately A4 size. This is a perfect size for children’s shirts, or adult front prints.
• 12 x 12 inch square – this is the same size as the standard cutting mats for Cricut, Brother and Silhouette machines. This size is great for the backs of adult shirts, or for cutting multiple designs from the same sheet.
• 12×24 inch – this is the size of the big mats for Cricut and Silhouettes – multiple shirt prints can be cut out at once to save materials and time, great for the small businesses!
• 12inch x 50cm -this size is fantastic for growing your colour range – always know you’ll have enough when you’re asked for a colour!
• 24 x 15inch – this is the size for the Silhouette Cameo Plus
• 12inch per metre – this is for those who use more of a single colour, and those who have roll holders on their cutting machines
• 61cm per metre – this size is for the wide format cutting machines, like Roland, Mimaki, Graphtec etc. It is also the most cost-effective size to purchase in, and the savvy crafter can cut 3 ‘strips’ of 12x24inch size from each metre of 61cm heat transfer vinyl!
• Wholesale (Black and White) 12inch x 50m – that’s a whopping 50 metres of premium HTV at under $10 per metre! This is a full roll as supplied to Knight HTV. There may be joins or the occasional imperfection, but the discount makes it very much worth it for the savvy business owner! These rolls come with the core in, so can be used in wide format cutters that will hold full vinyl rolls, such as the Roland and Mimaki cutting plotters. The Roland BN-20 will accept the 12inch size.
