KnightFlex PU – Coffee

KnightFlex is a high quality Heat Transfer Vinyl primarily for use on Cotton & Polyester materials. It can also be applied to other materials which can withstand the heat & pressure requirements (such as canvas or wood for example).

KnightFlex is very user-friendly, being very easy to weed and is has a hot peel sticky transfer film – meaning you can peel away the in-built transfer film while the print is still hot:
l This is beneficial for new users in that if you make a weeding error, you can just stick the piece of heat transfer vinyl straight back onto the sticky transfer film, and also, when you first start out, its hard to know if you’ve ‘done it right’. With a hot peel, you know straight away- if the HTV doesn’t stick- something went wrong! Once you’ve optimised your heat & pressure settings for a Hot Peel type HTV, you can then easily move through the warm and cool types, knowing that the only difference is timing the peel, since your pressure & temperature are correct already (All machines are slightly different, so you need to use temperature settings as a guide only- you may need to venture up or down 10 degrees for your machine & adjust pressure settings.) The other great thing about the KnightFlex in-built transfer film being a high-stick type is that it is strong enough for you to place on your shirt, then you are able to pick up the entire shirt to check if its correctly aligned prior to pressing.

Hot peel is also great for experienced users – being easy weed & hot peel, KnightFlex is an awesome time saver for the time-poor.

Not only is KnightFlex is perfect for everyday use by everyone – experienced and beginners alike- it comes in a wide range of colours & sizes to suit all needs. One of the available sizes of KnightFlex is the very handy 12”x24” rolls which fit the large cutting mats perfectly to maximise the possibilities with your HTV with each cut cycle.

If you are just starting out, or just want to see what all of the fuss is about, you can use an iron instead of a heat press. You can even use scissors or a scalpel instead of a cutter- just remember to cut your design in mirror image! All you really need is some HTV, scissors, and iron and your imagination!

Please Note: If purchasing multiple metres of one colour, the length will be a FULL 2, 3, 4 metres etc, not cut separately, unless there is limited stock/unforeseeable circumstances. The benefit to having full rolls is to reduce wastage for customers through having less off-cuts, and also it makes it easier when using wide format cutters. If you would prefer the meters cut to each metre (if sharing an order with a friend to save on postage, for example) then please write this in the “Note” section at the Checkout 🙂
